Smarter Glass Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS (8.4.3)

SmarterGlass reserves the right to return or reject product if the following terms and conditions have not been followed or met.

  • Product shipped to SmarterGlass shall NOT be Counterfeit or include Counterfeit Materials.
    • All Counterfeit Product shipped to SmarterGlass will be reported to and seized by the
      Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
    • Vendor information shall be given to the FBI for further investigation.
    • Vendor will be Un-Approved
  • SmarterGlass and SmarterGlass’ Customers may test product against the OEM’s specification. If the product is not up to the standards promised SmarterGlass may return the product.
  • SmarterGlass at any moment and for any reason may Review a Vendors ability to provide product.
    • If a Vendor fails the Review they will be Un-Approved. Un-Approved Vendors can not sell product to SmarterGlass.
  • SmarterGlass, SmarterGlass’ Customers, and Regulatory Authorities shall have access to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain.

    • implement a Quality Management System
    • use SmarterGlass-designated or approved external providers, including process sources
    • notify SmarterGlass of Nonconforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval of their disposition.
    • prevent the use of suspected unapproved, unapproved, and counterfeit parts
    • notify SmarterGlass of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of their Vendors or location of manufacturing.
    • flow down to Vendors applicable requirements including requirements on SmarterGlass Purchase Order(s).
    • Provide a Certificate of Conformance, test reports, or authorized release certificate, as applicable
    • Retain documented information, including retention periods and disposition requirements
    • ensure that your employees are aware of…
      • their contribution to product and service conformity
      • their contribution to product safety
      • the importance of ethical behavior.
